Located on the Southwestern side of Kauai in Waimea stands one of Hawaii’s most treasured geological wonders, Waimea Canyon, also known as “The Grand Canyon of the Pacific”.  The canyon, shaped by thousands of years of faulting, water erosion and collapse early in the islands history stands at nearly ten miles long and over 3,000 feet deep. The canyon offers up sweeping panoramic views of its rust red crested buttes and deep valley gorges. A must see highlight of the garden isles most beautiful natural feature.

Visit the Big Islands volcano at Kilauea and the vent of volcanic gas from Haleuma’uma’u that lights up the plumes and clouds in vivid orange and reds (weather permitting)

Hawaiian Luau

As it is with many cultures, good food and warm company is always the centerpiece of a great gathering – and so it is with a Hawaiian Luau. A time to gather together, to celebrate and commemorate - a luau is a blend of tradition, enjoying the present, and looking forward to good things ahead.

A luau is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the Hawaiian culture through native song and dance; It is also a chance to sample authentic Hawaiian food including poi, sometimes an acquired taste, but a local favorite. Whether it be on a beachfront or quiet lagoon, a hotel or star lit pavilion … a luau captures the Aloha Spirit of generosity and welcoming. Your luau experience is sure to be among one of your most memorable while here in beautiful Hawaii.
